Submit the evidence Driver

At the destination the driver records the delivery date, the recipient's name and a proof file against the trip. The evidence starts as Pending.

Review the evidence Delivery and Billing Reviewer

Delivery and Billing Reviewer checks that the recipient is someone allowed to receive the delivery and that the proof is legible and matches the trip. The reviewer marks the evidence Confirmed or Disputed.

ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.
Complete the trip Delivery and Billing Reviewer

Confirmation completes the trip with its actual end and approves the trip's draft charges. Disputed evidence leaves the trip In Progress until the problem is settled and new evidence is confirmed.

The reviewer attaches supporting documents, such as a guest manifest or packing list, to the trip and names the person who verified each one.
