Keys and references

Import stable identifiers and resolve references before loading child records. Preserve the load number independently of the trailer text. A visit’s Parent identifies its load; it is not a direct reference from review decisions to a particular visit. Agree how the decision’s source revision and operation context identify the reviewed visit during setup.

Stock movements.Parent identifies the request being reconciled. Stock reservations.stock lot identifies the committed lot. Retain required stock-request references when importing receipts, attachments and decisions, even when those records also reference a load. Use the exact source relationships rather than matching changing display names.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations and Users, then team members with resolved user references.
  2. Load transport partners, stock items, Drivers, Vehicles and allocation policies; resolve organization references.
  3. Load stock lots and stock requests, then Loads with their owner and partner references.
  4. Load load stops, load assignments, vehicle defects and yard visits against the existing load and resource identities.
  5. Load stock reservations, handling units and stock movements, resolving reversal references in dependency order.
  6. Load review decisions, operation receipts and record attachments with their required request and load references; reconcile open work before release.
