How the model is organised
Class Schedule:
Services, Sessions, People. Services define each class or treatment; Sessions schedule one delivery with an instructor from People.
Bookings:
Bookings link a member to a session with the places reserved and a status from Requested to Attended, no show or Cancelled.
Memberships:
Members, membership plans, member plans. A member plan links one member to one plan with start and expiry dates.
Attendance:
Attendance records one check-in per delivered booking with the time and the staff member who recorded it.
Payments:
Payments link a member and a booking with amount, received date and status; exchange rates holds read-only effective rates.
Practice Styles and Credentials:
Practice styles records the style, intensity and equipment against a booking; instructor credentials links an instructor to a style with certificate and expiry.
Access:
Users holds platform accounts; People links each staff member to a user with a role title.

Keys and references
Every member keeps a stable member number. Import bookings by member number and session identifier, never by name. Each session references one service and one instructor. Each payment references the booking it settles and the member who paid. Keep certificate files attached to the credential they support, and keep each renewal as a new credential.
The app holds 13 tables and 15 relationships.
Migration order
- Load Users and People, linking each instructor and coordinator to a platform user.
- Load Services and membership plans.
- Load Members, then member plans with start and expiry dates.
- Load Sessions for the pilot weeks, then open Bookings with their status.
- Load open Payments, then practice styles and instructor credentials with certificate files.
- Reconcile member counts, active plans, confirmed places and pending charges with the source before opening bookings.
