Members’ requests can arrive from a connected online booking page. They land as Requested, and the front desk confirms them against the member’s plan and the session’s capacity.

When confirmed places reach the session’s capacity, the session shows Full and further requests wait at the desk. A cancellation frees the place for the next confirmation.

Each membership plan has a price, a session allowance and a validity in days. A member plan records the start and expiry dates for one purchase, and each attended session counts once against the allowance.

Yes. The front desk marks the member plan Paused and sets it Active again when the member returns. Bookings are confirmed only while the plan is Active.

At the end of check-in, the instructor marks confirmed members who did not arrive as no show. The session is completed once every booking is Attended or no show.

The Studio Manager approves refunds. The Accounts Coordinator then returns the money and marks the payment Refunded.

Yes. Each credential links an instructor to a practice style with the certificate file and expiry date. Credentials approaching expiry appear on one screen for renewal.

Export members with member numbers and emails, current plans with dates, the service list and the timetable. Rehearse the import on one week and reconcile active plans and confirmed places before moving the rest.

Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work consume prepaid credits; implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists the current rates.
