Define the plans Studio Manager

Studio Manager sets each membership plan's name, price, session allowance and validity in days.

Enroll the member Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator creates the member with name, email, member number and join date, marked Active.

Start the plan Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator starts a member plan for the purchased plan with a start date and an expiry date from its validity. The plan is Active and the member can book.

Use the allowance Instructor

Each attended session counts once against the plan's session allowance through check-in.

Pause or resume Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator marks the plan Paused under the studio's pause policy and sets it Active again when the member returns. Bookings cannot be confirmed while the plan is Paused.

Renew or close Front Desk Coordinator

At expiry the plan is marked Expired and the desk offers a renewal, which starts a new member plan. A member who leaves is marked Expired or Closed.

And how to keep it from happening.

A renewal edits the old member plan's dates instead of starting a new one, and the purchase history is lost.
A paused plan is never resumed and the member is turned away at the desk.
A member is Closed while a future booking is still Confirmed.
