Get Accreditation Management running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Accreditation Management for your business. Describe your institution, the accreditation standard you will use and the people responsible for evidence preparation and independent review.

Choose a cycle whose evidence can be checked against departmental sources. Bring the standard code and policy reference, the cycle’s owner, representative observations and supporting documents. Agree how submission dates and observation dates will be used. Name the reviewer before preparing the independent handoff.

Include an observation with a clear quantity and unit, a document that needs verification and a follow-up action with a due date. Agree the destination and receipt handling if the pilot includes a connected submission. Use the same cycle to examine a returned decision and an uncertain execution result.

Ask the operator to prepare and submit the cycle, then ask the reviewer to explain the decision on the exact revision. Test attempted self-approval and access from another organization. Trace a confirmed delivery to its recorded receipt, then correct an executed revision while preserving the earlier outcome.

Have Read Only Analyst explain both revisions without changing the records. Resolve any disagreement about evidence meaning or decision ownership before widening the pilot. Confirm the imported references against their source records and record the institution’s acceptance of the operating handoff.
