How a Accreditation Management rollout works
Pilot an accreditation cycle that the preparation team and independent reviewer can explain together.
Agree the cycle boundary
Choose the institution and accreditation standard for the pilot. Administrator confirms the policy reference and effective period. Identify the preparation owner and an independent reviewer, and agree what the internal approval authorizes.
Map the evidence
Review source record identifiers, observation dates and units with the departmental owners. Inspect document attachments and external references. Agree any source mapping and delivery connection before importing operational evidence.
Configure working access
Set the authorized organizational scope for Accreditation Management Operator and Accreditation Management Reviewer. Arrange Read Only Analyst access for progress review. Confirm who maintains standards and who handles staff and source-mapping setup.
Rehearse the handoffs
Prepare a cycle, submit it for validation and record an independent review. Include a returned decision, an attempted self-approval and a document from the wrong period. Trace an approved outcome through its execution and receipt.
Resolve corrections and release
Rehearse an uncertain delivery and a correction to an executed revision. Compare original and successor evidence with the reviewer. Reconcile the imported references with their sources and obtain the institution's acceptance before extending the rollout.
What the customer provides
- The institution’s standard codes, policy references and effective periods.
- Staff identities, organizational scope and the independent review assignments.
- A pilot cycle with departmental observations, stable source identifiers and supporting documents.
- The agreed delivery destination, receipt evidence and correction procedure.
- Examples of returned evidence and unresolved follow-up actions with named owners.
Changing it afterwards
Use Proto to prepare configuration changes for review by the responsible staff. Check their effect on role access, evidence interpretation and the delivery handoff. Rehearse the pilot’s correction cases again before applying changed mappings or decision rules. Earlier revisions retain their original evidence, decisions and execution history.
