What you can do

Follow the instruction beyond local approval

An Authorized application is eligible for the next operating step, but it still needs the provider’s financial outcome. Credit Officer submits the reviewed instruction through the agreed provider connection and retains its provider reference. The application can remain Submitted or Pending while the team waits for evidence. Keep this queue visible when an officer needs to explain a delayed disbursement to a farm.

Confirmation depends on verified provider confirmation or settlement evidence. The confirmation date and provider instruction identifier allow the team to trace the outcome back to the original application. A successful submission response or an uploaded document is insufficient by itself. Credit Officer checks the provider evidence before treating the application as Confirmed.

How the work is organized

  • Eligible instructions. Begin with the authorized application revision and its balanced account directions. Keep the account ownership and requested principal aligned with the decision. A changed amount or account scope needs the applicable review before any new provider execution.
  • Provider tracking. Retain the provider instruction identifier and operation key when the request is submitted. Investigate an unresolved response using those references. Repeating a request must preserve the identity of the original operation so the lender does not issue the same instruction twice.
  • Verified outcomes. Link confirmation or settlement evidence to the application and its revision. Check the amount, occurrence date and provider event reference. Mark the application Confirmed only after the evidence meets the provider verification requirements agreed for the connection.

What to agree during setup

Choose the provider endpoint and account ownership rules with the party responsible for execution. Define what a submission acknowledgement means and which evidence establishes the final financial outcome. Agree how the team investigates a timeout after the provider might already have accepted the instruction. The investigation should start with the recorded references.

Set the handling of provider event dates and organization time zones. Decide who investigates a provider response that disagrees with the requested amount. Confirm how repeated events are recognized before enabling the connection for live work. The integration guide describes the source ownership to settle during implementation.

Check the handoff on an actual case

Take the authorized $8,000 seasonal-input application from the pilot. Credit Officer submits it and receives a provider instruction reference, but the provider has not yet supplied verified settlement evidence. The application remains in the confirmation queue. The officer should be able to explain that waiting state from the recorded reference without sending another instruction.

Then bring in verified confirmation for the same application and revision. Check the amount and occurrence date before recording the confirmed outcome. Replay the provider event and repeat the operation request. The result must point to the existing effects. Test a document labeled Confirmation with verification still marked No; its label alone cannot establish disbursement.
