Accounting and banking
- Accounting system. Send invoiced commission lines and receipts to the accounting system that issues statutory invoices and keeps the ledger. Match them by line reference.
- Bank statements. Use the bank or UPI reference recorded on each receipt to match payments.
Client communication
- Messaging and email. Send client statements and payment reminders by email or message from the printable statement.
Market data
- Mandi prices. Bring daily prices from APMC or exchange spot sources into market prices, with the market and date recorded.
How connections are governed
Name the owner of each connection and the reference used to match records. The accounting system remains the book of record for invoices and tax; commission lines and receipts are the source it receives. A price feed must state its market, commodity and unit so comparisons hold. Rehearse a full month through each connection before switching off the old process. Review the data model before mapping external identifiers.
