Systems to connect
- Payroll payment. Send an approved pay result to the payment process used by your organization and reconcile the actual settlement before Payroll Admin records a paid run.
- Accounting. Map payroll statement amounts and cost centers to the appropriate ledger accounts if finance posts them elsewhere.
- Calendar. Coordinate approved leave dates with the scheduling calendar used by managers where that calendar remains separate.
- Identity. Match employee accounts to People so personal time, leave and pay access stays within the intended scope.
How connections are governed
Agree the source identifier, owner and retry rule for each exchange. Reconcile a receiving system’s acknowledgment with the original run or request before treating the handoff as complete. Keep correction history attached to the source period and ensure a repeated message does not create a second payroll or leave effect. The implementation plan starts with one representative period.
