Get Ayurveda / Alternative Medicine running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Ayurveda / Alternative Medicine for your business. Identify the Clinical Coordinator who will run the pilot, the Licensed Clinician who will record care and the Clinical Reviewer who will decide encounter outcomes.

Choose a representative clinic session and bring the patient and staff records needed for it. Clinical Governance Administrator checks privilege evidence and care-team assignments. Clinical Coordinator prepares the consent documents and visit types before opening encounters.

Use a practice visit to record a signed clinical note, a measured observation and an assessment progressing through receipt. Add a herbal dispensation with a recognizable batch label and an open follow-up task. Ask the receiving clinician to find the task and explain its due date.

Agree the encounter charge basis and payment source with the person responsible for financial activity. Set up the invoicing or inventory connections that the pilot needs using the connection plan.

Rehearse consent withdrawal, a rejected assessment and a clinical note requiring clarification. Clinical Reviewer should be able to inspect the encounter evidence before approving completion. Check that the coordinator records the outcome and that continuing care remains assigned afterwards.

Test access with the team’s ordinary accounts and reconcile the imported records against the original source. Follow the implementation plan to resolve each unclear handoff with its responsible owner before the clinic starts routine use.
