How a Bakery Management rollout works
Pilot an order cycle that the counter, operations and finance team can reconcile together.
Agree the operating scope
Choose the customer-order cycle, equipment and counter activity for the pilot. Property Manager confirms quantity units, equipment capacities and the meaning of the requested start and due dates.
Map identities and records
Link staff to user accounts, identify existing customers and equipment, and preserve the order references used by charges and receipts. Review dated prices with their minimum quantities before importing open work.
Configure the handoffs
Review confirmation, production start and special-order capture with Front Desk Agent. Finance Officer agrees receipt evidence and financial corrections. Operations Reviewer defines the completion and cleaning-inspection decisions with the team.
Rehearse the exceptions
Try an overlapping equipment request, a changed confirmation retry, a wrong counter charge and a Pending payment at completion. Complete a cleaning task with a failed inspection and verify that the equipment stays in Cleaning.
Reconcile and release
Compare imported orders, posted charges and confirmed receipts with their sources. Retain unresolved obligations explicitly, agree who follows them up and have the responsible team accept the pilot before opening the next operating cycle.
What the customer provides
- Customer contacts, order references, requested dates and quantities for the pilot.
- Equipment identities, capacity units and current availability.
- Price-list effective periods, unit prices and minimum quantities.
- Staff accounts, task responsibilities and review authority.
- Counter charge evidence, payment references and any outstanding-account decisions.
- The cleaning inspection procedure and the person authorized to release equipment.
Changing it afterwards
Use Proto to prepare a change for the affected records and actions. Review its effect on permissions, customer commitments and financial comparisons with the named owners. Replay the pilot’s conflict and completion cases before applying the change to daily work.
A changed price policy should remain understandable alongside earlier customer commitments. A new connection needs its own source matching and confirmation rehearsal. Expand from the reviewed operating cycle after the team can explain the resulting records and handoffs.
