Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active service location and a short menu with approved recipe revisions. Identify who enters and accepts orders, who prepares the lines, who decides on a submitted kitchen ticket and who verifies provider evidence.
- Organization and service location codes, local time zones and responsible staff.
- Product codes, prices, ingredient units, allergen declarations and approved recipe revisions.
- A representative order period with serving times, prepared work and served portions.
- Kitchen review policy, correction reasons and payment provider event identifiers.
Review before release
Run an ordinary order through acceptance, preparation and actual service. Reject a ticket with a mismatched guest count, then review a corrected revision. Cancel an unserved portion after preparation and retain its waste and service history. Compare a repeated provider event with its earlier operation receipt. Reconcile the results with the source and let the responsible team accept the first operating cycle before expanding.
