Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a representative service day. Gather the client contacts, chair numbers and capacities, dated rate plans and staff account links. Include a lounge or treatment booking if the shop offers those services. Finance Officer brings the payment references and opening amounts needed for reconciliation.
Rehearse a new request, a conflicting chair booking and a confirmed visit moving into service. Assign a service ticket to the correct team member. Follow the visit through final charge review, payment confirmation or explicit outstanding-account acknowledgment, then sanitizing inspection.
Review before release
Property Manager checks the confirmed schedule and chair readiness. Front Desk Agent reviews assigned work and the add-on booking handoff. Finance Officer reconciles posted charges with confirmed receipts. Operations Reviewer checks the charge and inspection decisions using the pilot’s evidence.
Repeat an accepted operation and verify that it returns the saved outcome. Try an unauthorized action and a failed inspection. Resolve the resulting exceptions before using the setup for the next trading day.
