How a Branch Operations rollout works

Set up organizations, accounts and decision practice around a real transfer.

  1. Set scope

Choose the first organization, its active people and eligible settlement parties.

  2. Load accounts

Record provider and external account identifiers, currency, ownership and opening snapshot dates.

  3. Agree review

Decide who prepares, who independently reviews and which evidence supports authorization and confirmation.

  4. Connect provider evidence

Map instruction, application, event and snapshot identifiers into their matching records.

  5. Rehearse a cycle

Follow a transfer from Draft to decision, provider effect and reconciliation; include a rejection and an exception.

What the customer provides

Provide organization and person assignments, active parties, financial accounts and provider identifiers. Bring a representative transfer and its supporting document, a provider confirmation and two dated balance snapshots. Name the Case Analyst, Credit Reviewer, Auditor and App Administrator who will inspect the pilot. Decide how an application reaches actual provider authority before it is marked Completed.

Changing it afterwards

Change organization membership through the administrative path and recheck access. When a transfer amount or account scope changes after review, send the new revision through the decision path. Retain earlier decisions, provider evidence and correction events. Use the receipt’s operation key and effect references to investigate an uncertain result before attempting another external action. See the data model for the related records and roles for the access rehearsal.
