How a Business Process Modeler rollout works

Start with one process and rehearse each revision handoff.

  1. Name the process

Choose one operating organization, Process Owner and Model Designer. Define the model's purpose and source references.

  2. Set the assumption basis

Create the scenario, effective dates, policy reference and any source mappings needed for the pilot.

  3. Map and validate

Record the ordered nodes, validate a draft revision and inspect the run and pending review decision.

  4. Review and simulate

Have an Independent Reviewer decide on the exact revision. Run the reviewed model and verify each external effect and receipt.

  5. Rehearse correction

Keep an executed revision, record a compensating step and assign the verification follow-up before expanding the scope.

What the customer provides

Provide a real process owner, the people who perform and review the work, one source case, a chosen scenario and the policy reference behind its assumptions. Identify the external source that can return a receipt for an executed action. Agree on naming, revision and evidence rules before importing a larger portfolio.

Changing it afterwards

Treat a changed node sequence or assumption as a controlled revision. Keep the older run and review decision available. Use the correction flow when an executed output needs compensation. Return the successor through validation and review before relying on its result. Get started with the first operating cycle.
