Create your account

Select Get started and set up your organization and operating people. Name a Process Owner, Model Designer, Simulation Operator, Independent Reviewer and Evidence Steward for the first case. Keep preparation and review with different people.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one familiar process. Create its scenario with effective dates and policy reference, then map the ordered nodes under a draft model. Agree on source record IDs and on the external receipt the team will use to verify a completed action. Follow the implementation plan for the first rehearsal.

Review before release

Validate the intended revision, inspect its run and ask the Independent Reviewer to decide on it. Run the reviewed revision, confirm the external effect and record the result. Rehearse one returned review and one correction so the team knows how earlier evidence remains available. Use roles and the data model to check access and references.

Set up Business Process Modeler your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
