Integrations

Connect source inputs and receipt evidence to the modeled process.

  • Business Process Modeler
  • Source records
  • Execution provider
  • Evidence store

Systems to connect

  • Source records. Use source record IDs and references on process nodes to trace observations back to the work they describe.
  • Execution provider. Connect the external action source that returns provider references and receipts for operation steps and attempts.
  • Evidence store. Keep attachments and external references available for verification alongside the model and run.

How connections are governed

Review each source-to-target mapping version, field type and transformation rule before using its output in a simulation. Name the effective scenario and source revision on the run. When an external response is unknown, reconcile it against the provider reference before retrying. The Independent Reviewer should see the receipt and its verification record before deciding on the result. Plan the first connection during implementation.
