Prepare the booking, confirm eligible space and record seating. Add a restaurant counter request if it belongs to the case. Have finance prepare the account and identify the receipt evidence needed for settlement. Keep any pending payment visible until it is confirmed through the authorized process.
Review before release
Test an overlapping booking, an oversized group and an unauthorized staff action. Repeat a confirmation request with the same operation identity and check the saved result. Rehearse account completion with a pending receipt, then follow the supported settlement or outstanding-balance path. Finish with a failed cleaning inspection and verify that the area remains outside Available status until a passed inspection authorizes release. Use implementation to agree the owners of each follow-up.
