Create your account

Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a small set of vehicles and check their numbers, class, seats and current status. Add one dated rate plan, a few customers and a requested booking with realistic pickup and return dates. Confirm the reservation only after the team has checked vehicle fit and interval overlap. Then record pickup, a rental charge, a confirmed payment and a linked service task.
Review before release
Run the same rental through return and account review. Keep the vehicle in Cleaning until the return inspection passes. Have each role open its own part of the case and explain the linked source records. Confirm how the payment provider supplies receipt evidence and how an outstanding account is handled. Expand to the rest of the fleet after this rehearsal is clear.
