Click Get started to open Catering Management. Set up the organization and the people who will coordinate orders, prepare menus, review kitchen release and record service.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Add an active venue with contact and address, a representative product and its approved recipe, and the ingredients needed for its yield. Enter an event order with an owner, serving time, menu lines and declared allergens. Follow it through acceptance, a submitted kitchen ticket, supervisor review, preparation and actual served portions.
Review before release
Check the order amount, accepted time, approved recipe revision, ticket decision and linked operation receipt. Rehearse a changed guest count and a delayed external result. Confirm the person who resolves each exception and how supporting evidence will be retained. See implementation for the sequence.
