How a Catering Management rollout works

Set up an operating team and rehearse a complete event before release.

  1. Set the operating context

Add the organization, active venues, team members and access roles.

  2. Prepare the menu

Add products, ingredients, allergen declarations and approved recipe revisions with usable yields.

  3. Walk through an order

Create an event with lines, owner, venue and serving time; check acceptance and its receipt.

  4. Review kitchen release

Submit a ticket, record an independent supervisor decision and follow the actual preparation.

  5. Check service and exceptions

Record fulfillment and served portions, then rehearse a changed scope and an uncertain receipt.

What the customer provides

Bring representative menu prices, recipes, ingredient units, allergen information, venue contacts, a staff roster and the approval owner for kitchen release. Choose an event with enough variation to test a changed guest count and a partial service. Provide the payment and fulfillment source identifiers used in daily operations.

Changing it afterwards

Keep accepted and performed history intact. A change to remaining work goes through the current revision and appropriate review. Confirm any changed recipe basis before the next release, and reconcile uncertain external outcomes from evidence. The process pages give the team a repeatable operating sequence.
