Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one procedure with a known revision and a planned execution date. Bring its controlled step, current instructions and any source evidence. Name a different person to make the review decision. Prepare one accepted observation and one rejected observation so the team can rehearse evidence verification and follow-up assignment.
Review before release
Check that the reviewer decided the intended revision and that publication recorded its run and state change. Perform the checklist against that published version. Compare individual outcomes with the completed and required step counts. Inspect a failed or repeated operation and confirm the team can find its reason. Finally, rehearse a correction while keeping the earlier execution available for review.
