- Checklist & SOP Management
- Implementation and migration
How a Checklist & SOP Management rollout works
Start with one controlled procedure and rehearse its review, execution and correction.
Agree ownership
Name the organization, procedure owner, independent reviewer, checklist operator and follow-up owner for the first procedure.
Prepare records
Set the controlled step, effective dates, definition number, revision and execution date. Map any incoming evidence fields to their intended destination.
Rehearse review and publication
Have the reviewer decide the exact revision, then inspect the publication run and status history.
Perform a checklist
Record accepted and rejected step outcomes with observed dates and evidence references. Raise an assigned action for a finding.
Reconcile correction
Inspect the earlier result, record the correction, and return the definition for another independent decision. Check the original history remains available.
What the customer provides
- The current procedure text, step codes, effective dates and organization ownership.
- Named owners, reviewers, operators and evidence verifiers.
- Existing checklist results, source identities, evidence references and open findings for the pilot.
- The rule for accepting a completed step and the evidence needed for a correction.
Changing it afterwards
Review a revised procedure as a new version. Keep the prior execution and its evidence, then compare the new decision to the exact source revision. Rehearse any changed source mapping with a known case before it is used for another execution.
