Bring a known patient number, assigned clinician, current privilege evidence and a purpose-specific consent. Schedule a representative encounter and record arrival, start, note, observation and any specimen or dispensation that belongs to that care episode. Have the reviewer inspect the linked evidence when the visit needs review; the coordinator then records the encounter outcome. Add a named follow-up task if the visit creates more work.

Check the patient identity, clinician standing, consent purpose and effective dates in the pilot record. Rehearse an exception: a cancelled visit, rejected specimen or escalated care task. Agree how laboratory, pharmacy, billing and payment systems confirm their own outcomes. Use the implementation plan to give each handoff an owner.
