Create your account
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Cold Storage Management for your business. Identify App Administrator and the people working as Inventory Clerk, Inventory Supervisor and Auditor. Choose the organization and cold-storage location for the first cycle.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring a recognizable item and lot, its on-hand balance and the relevant receipt, expiry and release details. Prepare a stock request with the intended quantity and locations, along with any supporting document. Include an excursion example with a sensor reference, observed peak and duration so the team can rehearse its independent decision.
Agree the item unit, location eligibility and stock-selection method. Map each person’s account to their team record before testing personal views or authorized actions. Configure external connections after the source identities and operating responsibilities are clear.
Review before release
Have Inventory Supervisor decide a current request and reject a stale attempt. Test a reservation shortfall and the release of held stock after a scope change. Confirm the excursion creator cannot approve their own record.
Execute an approved stock action, repeat it and inspect the movement evidence. Reconcile a matching case and a mismatch, then ask Auditor to explain both outcomes. Follow Implementation for the rehearsal and Pricing for usage and rollout terms.
