Get Concierge Service App running in four steps.

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure Concierge Service App for the property. Assign the people responsible for reservations, the front desk, finance and operational review. Start with the resources and staff who will take part in the pilot.

Add the bookable resources, capacities and current states. Enter dated rate plans and a guest party. Create a requested booking with its dates, party size, resource and nightly rate. Have the property manager review the resource interval and confirm the stay. Record a guest request, a restaurant or spa reservation, a draft charge and payment evidence against that same booking.

Ask each role to find the records it needs. Finance should check the payment reference with its source and compare confirmed receipts with posted charges. The operations reviewer should inspect the linked evidence before the property manager records checkout. Finish by checking the resource’s cleaning state and the next arrival.
