Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to describe the site, the work package, the people responsible for correction and sign-off, and the first closeout cycle you want to run.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one active project with a clear owner and one scoped work package. Bring the package dates, value and budget hours, the current crew list, a finding with a site photo and one closeout task. Identify the inspector who will review the finding and the owner who will follow the payment record.

  • Project and package identifiers, owner and organization.
  • Punch item descriptions, assignments, hours and site-photo links.
  • Task amount, due date, invoice reference and payment status.

Review before release

Submit a billable item with hours and a package; check Approved status, decision and receipt. Try an item with no hours and confirm it stays Submitted with a Failed receipt. Invoice an Approved task with amount and package, then try one without an amount. Mark a collected payment Received and check its operation receipt. Reconcile the package’s delivery totals with source labor and expenses before expanding to another site.
