Systems to connect
- File storage. Store site photos and supporting files where your team governs access, then retain their UR ls on record attachments.
- Accounting. Agree how an invoice number and payment status are reconciled with the accounting process before updating task and payment records.
- Identity. Map application users to the people responsible for site work, inspection and collection.
How connections are governed
Choose the owner of each reference and the person who resolves a mismatch. A photo URL should open the intended file and remain linked to the correct record. An invoice reference should match the accounting record used by the billing team. A payment marked Received should have collection evidence and the resulting operation receipt. Test a duplicate update, a wrong parent record and a disputed payment in the pilot. Keep external credentials with their designated system owner.
