It connects a matter and organization to the resolution text, revision, meeting reference, required quorum, decision dates and recorded status.
No. The authorized person records the actual decision. The team checks the meeting reference, text and positive quorum before an authorized decision is recorded. Any related operation receipt is reviewed separately.
A reviewer records a clear, conflict or more information decision with date and evidence against the matter before engagement proceeds under the agreed policy.
Yes. Matter deadlines have a due date, owner, completion date and receipt field. Dated events give the matter a separate chronology.
A review decision records the source revision, reviewer, date, decision and reason. A changed revision can be sent for another review.
The receipt keeps the operation key, expected revision, result state and failure reason so the supervising attorney can investigate the original action.
Yes. A production links the matter and legal document to the recipient, authorization reference, date and production hash.
Organizations have their own codes, team members and linked matters. Confirm access scope and board authority for each organization during configuration.
