Prepare the first operating cycle
Begin with one organization, one active matter and a resolution that has real meeting context. Bring the client and team member identifiers, matter owner, board reference, proposed text and quorum policy. Include a deadline and its owner so the team can test due work beside the resolution.
Review before release
Ask the coordinator to prepare the matter and resolution, the supervising attorney to record a conflict or revision decision, and the auditor to read the resulting trail. Rehearse a missing meeting reference, a returned revision and a receipt that needs review. Confirm that direct file access respects the agreed evidence visibility. Reconcile imported records with the source before expanding to another organization.
