Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure Cost Accounting for your organization and invite the people who maintain cost context, prepare cost records, approve postings and review the ledger.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one organization and accounting period. Create an active cost pool and a cost object. Enter a standard estimate with quantity and rate lines, issue it, then enter the related actual posting. Have Cost Controller review the posting and Variance Analyst compare the two sides in a scheduled variance.

Review before release

Confirm the estimate issue receipt, posting approval decision, posting approval receipt and variance release receipt. Check that the journal lines balance and that the ledger reference points to the intended entry. Walk through implementation with the team and roles with the decision owners.
