Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Courier & Parcel Management for your business. Choose the first operating organization and time zone. App Administrator prepares team membership, transport partners and the fleet rosters.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Select a load the team can follow from physical pickup to recipient handoff. Dispatcher records the original delivery promise and assigned owner. Admin prepares the stop sequence and driver-vehicle assignment, with Transport Supervisor checking the eligibility evidence and possible conflicts.
Arrange the parcel scan and recipient-proof sources. Rehearse a physical event, a repeated notification and an independent decision on the submitted revision. Preserve the evidence when the supervisor returns a flawed scan for authorized correction and fresh submission.
Review before release
Use the actual dispatcher, supervisor and auditor identities to check their access. Try a conflicting assignment, an open critical defect and a scan mapped to another organization’s load. Confirm that a partial delivery stays exceptional and that a late completion remains measured against the original promise.
Finish by reconciling an action whose local effect persisted before a timeout. The team should be able to explain the result before considering another execution. Use Implementation for the rehearsal sequence and Pricing to plan platform usage for the expected workload.
