How a Courier & Parcel Management rollout works

Build the load plan
Prepare promised delivery, ordered stop windows and the driver-vehicle assignment. Rehearse overlap, equipment suitability and open critical defect checks before planning is accepted.
Connect physical evidence
Arrange the scan and recipient-proof sources. Check provider identity, timestamps and load mapping, including a repeated notification and an event for another operating organization.
Rehearse independent acceptance
Submit a supported scan, return a flawed submission and prepare an authorized correction. Test a stale decision and self-review before accepting the valid current revision.
Complete and reconcile
Run a delivery with recipient proof and actual time, then a late or refused delivery. Interrupt an action after a local effect persists and confirm the supervisor can reconcile it before another execution.
What the customer provides
Provide partner and fleet identities, driver eligibility evidence, assignment conventions, stop addresses and delivery commitments. Supply example scan events and recipient-proof references through the approved setup process. Identify a dispatcher and a separate supervisor who can rehearse the decision handoff using their own access.
Changing it afterwards
Rehearse changes to assignment rules, scan evidence requirements or reviewer responsibilities against the same cases before daily use. Preserve the original delivery promise, accepted events and earlier decisions when correcting operating records. Use Roles and access for authority checks and Data model for import order.
