Prepare the first operating cycle

Select a matter with a clear owner, due action and supporting document. Agree who enters event lines, who verifies attachments and which Supervising Attorney reviews the case revision. Establish the external source that confirms any delivery result.

  • Bring organization codes, team members and active matter types.
  • Keep case numbers, source event IDs and document references from the current record.
  • Identify a returned review and a corrected outcome for rehearsal.

Review before release

Open the pilot case as the coordinator and confirm its deadline and evidence links. Return it as an independent attorney, correct the affected material and make a new decision on the successor revision. Check that the earlier decision remains available. Follow the approved revision into its operation receipt and delivery reference, then test an uncertain attempt and the compensating deadline path.
