How a Court Case Management rollout works

Pilot one matter path with a review decision, deadline and delivery trace.

  1. Agree case ownership

Identify the organizations, matter types, coordinators and independent attorneys who will run the first case cycle.

  2. Map existing records

Preserve matter numbers, source event identifiers, document references, opening dates and assigned owners. Review field mappings by matter type.

  3. Configure the pilot

Bring in a bounded set of cases with due work and supporting evidence. Set role access to the responsible organizations.

  4. Rehearse decisions

Return one case, correct it and approve the successor revision. Confirm that the earlier decision and evidence remain available.

  5. Trace delivery

Compare the approved revision with its operation receipt and external result reference. Test a failed or uncertain attempt before releasing live work.

What the customer provides

  • Organization codes, team membership, active matter types and policy references.
  • Case numbers, owners, status history and source event identifiers.
  • Supporting document files, document dates and external references.
  • Due-date policy, review authority and the source used to confirm delivery.

Changing it afterwards

Review a changed matter type, mapping or role with its owner before applying it to new work. Keep earlier classifications and decisions attached to the cases that used them. For a corrected delivered case, create a successor revision, obtain independent review and assign the compensating deadline. Reconcile any external delivery result before retrying its action.
