Have the Quote Specialist price the draft and submit the room package. Let a separate Pricing Reviewer inspect the revision and record a decision. Rehearse the customer’s acceptance and the order connection using the same accepted scope.

Test an unauthorized organization, an outdated revision and acceptance after the validity date. Confirm that each request is rejected without changing valid work. Then inspect a real handoff receipt and repeat the request to check its stable identity. Rehearse a pending result and an accepted-scope correction before expanding access. Use implementation to agree who owns each follow-up.
