Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring a representative customer request with product codes, quantities, USD prices and the discount basis. Check the customer’s contact and address. Agree the quote validity date and obtain the utility supply information needed for the linked kitchen package. Attach the relevant site documents with deliberate visibility settings.
Have the Quote Specialist prepare and price the draft, then have a separate Pricing Reviewer return or approve it. Rehearse the kitchen package decision against the same equipment scope. Agree how the customer’s acceptance will be recorded and which order destination will receive the accepted equipment lines.
Review before release
Check the line calculation and quote total, refuse a stale request and test self-approval denial. Verify that package completion leaves the quote’s commercial state unchanged. Test an expired acceptance request and a handoff without a connection. Inspect the resulting receipts with the Auditor, then repeat a confirmed handoff to check duplicate handling. Agree who investigates unresolved operations before expanding the pilot.
Follow the implementation phases and review the connection responsibilities.
