Record acceptance and transfer
Rehearse customer acceptance within the approved offer's validity period. Set up the downstream order connection with its owner. Check the pending outcome without a connection, a genuine completion reference and the behavior of a repeated handoff request.
Review exceptions before release
Auditor follows the decision and operation evidence. Rehearse an accepted-scope correction with independent compensation approval, then a reconciliation discrepancy. Agree who owns unresolved receipts before the team starts its operating cycle.
What the customer provides
Provide eligible customer contacts and addresses, organization details and the users who prepare and review offers. Bring a familiar machine requirement, its price inputs and the supporting evidence used for the review. Name the downstream order-system owner and agree the transfer mapping and completion response with them.
Changing it afterwards
Keep draft changes with Quote Specialist and route commercial decisions through Pricing Reviewer. A changed machine requirement needs an authorized configuration revision. A customer change after acceptance follows the approved compensating-action process and retains the earlier evidence. Rehearse changed access or connection mappings before using them for live quotations.
