Choose a familiar machine quote with a separately priced option. Prepare its customer contact, address and eligibility note. Record the machine’s power supply, cycle rate, safety option and required date, then submit the current configuration revision for an independent decision.
Prepare the quote lines using the agreed USD pricing and discount convention. Request pricing, inspect the total and have Pricing Reviewer decide the current commercial revision. Record the customer’s acceptance within the offer’s validity period. Set up the downstream order connection and follow its operation receipt through the real completion reference.
Review before release
Ask Auditor to trace the priced quote through its decision, acceptance and handoff evidence. Rehearse self-review rejection, a stale revision and an acceptance request after expiry. Check an unavailable order connection and a repeated handoff request. Prepare an accepted-scope correction with independent approval, then inspect a reconciliation discrepancy before the team begins operating.
