Create your account
Click Get started and use Proto to configure Credit Scoring Engine for your organization. Name the Operations Manager who prepares cases, the Credit Reviewer who decides independently, the App Administrator who maintains access and the Auditor who inspects records.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an applicant and organization, then create an application with a purpose, requested amount, assigned person and supporting attachment. Submit the case for review and record a decision against its current revision. Add a provider event and compare it with the application before following confirmation or repayment work.
Review before release
Rehearse an approval, referral and decline. Test a changed application revision, a repeated provider event and a mismatched reconciliation item. Check that the correct person owns each decision and exception. Use implementation to expand from the pilot.
