• Provider instructions and events. Bring instruction references, confirmations, settlements and corrections into the linked application and evidence records.
• Provider account data. Bring external account identifiers and dated balance snapshots into the applicant’s provider account context.
• Identity. Map staff users to named people and the organization whose work they can access.
• Document source. Keep supporting files with the application and choose internal or shared visibility for each attachment.

Agree who owns each external identifier and who investigates a duplicate or mismatched event. Preserve a provider event reference so a repeat can be recognized.
