Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a resource with known capacity and a representative period of requested and confirmed bookings. Gather member identifiers, arrival and departure dates, rates, staff identities and opening charge and payment references. Agree who confirms a request, who reviews extra amounts and who releases a cleaned resource.
Review before release
Rehearse a valid booking and an overlapping request. Take the valid booking through arrival, a linked service task, a reviewed charge, provider-confirmed payment and departure cleaning. Check that Finance Officer can explain the final balance and Property Manager can verify readiness before the next arrival. Invite staff with the agreed roles and review access through their own accounts.
