ERP.AI
Choose and prepare your first application.
Start with one useful process and a small set of records that you can check from beginning to end.
Choose the app around the process.
Browse the application catalogue by function or operating model. Read the candidate app’s overview, modules, and process information. Write down the outcome you want, the people involved, and the record that carries the work.
Use Get started from the selected app to begin the account or application flow. Confirm the environment and organization before entering business information. Review the actual installed configuration against the process you intend to run.
Prepare the reference records and access.
Identify required data
List the main records, required fields, stable identifiers, and references to other tables.
Prepare a small sample
Use non-sensitive representative data with a known result. Check duplicates and references before a larger import.
Assign roles
Give each participant the operations needed for the task, and test a caller who should not have access.
Define the working states
Agree the meaning of statuses, completion, rejection, and cancellation with the people who use them.
Complete one transaction and one exception.
Create or inspect the starting record, move it through the intended actions, and confirm the final record state. Check the related report or document against the known expected result.
Then test a realistic exception, such as missing information or a rejected request. Confirm that the user can see the problem, that an owner is responsible for it, and that the next step is clear.
Record the operating instructions.
Keep a short description of the process, the roles, the accepted test result, and the support route. Add integrations and broader automation after the team can operate the first workflow consistently.
