Name the Dispatcher and independent Transport Supervisor, agree the score definition and rehearse review and closure before widening access.

It identifies the driver, scheduled date, assessment score and incident reference alongside the parent load and organization. Its state distinguishes preparation, submitted review, the decision outcome and verified completion.

Transport Supervisor independently assesses the identified session and supporting evidence. The decision records approval, rejection or a return for clarification with a reason. Dispatcher prepares the work and follows the result.

Use the scoring definition agreed for the assessment that produced it. Retain supporting material and confirm the driver’s identity before comparing results. Configure any external assessment-provider connection around that agreed meaning.

Transport Supervisor confirms the driver through authorized driver and assignment records. Dispatcher uses that confirmed identity in the session. Agree a consistent naming convention so similar names do not lead the reviewer to another person’s evidence.

Supporting files are retained under the load with a title, evidence type and visibility. Distinguish the incident and assessment material from ordinary delivery proof, and agree how the exact session is identified when several sessions share that load.

Eligibility follows its separately maintained external authority and date. Coaching completion records the verified session outcome. App Administrator checks and records any eligibility update through the agreed external-source process.

Recipient proof and the actual delivery time support delivery completion. Retain stop proof references and relevant attachments so the result can be reviewed. Delivery, coaching closure and financial settlement remain separate operating outcomes.

Transport Supervisor reads the outstanding receipt, source record and relevant external evidence. Reconciliation returns the item for review and does not blindly repeat external execution. Preserve the original history while resolving the actual result.
