• Incident and dashcam systems. Configure how the incident reference identifies externally recorded material. Retain the relevant file or source reference with the intended load and check that it concerns the driver and session being reviewed.
• Coaching and assessment providers. Agree how the scheduled session, recorded score and supporting assessment material enter the operating process. Define the score before comparison and identify the evidence that establishes session completion.
• Driver authority sources. Configure the process for checking externally supported driver eligibility. Retain the authority reference and verified date, with a named administrator responsible for updates.
• Fleet and maintenance systems. Agree the vehicle identity mapping and how readiness, repair evidence and release information are checked. Use the external fleet reference to identify the actual vehicle before updating its local record.
• Delivery evidence systems. Configure any transfer of recipient proof and actual movement times. Keep the intended load and stop references clear and confirm the outcome in the responsible source.

App Administrator manages reference configuration and membership. Dispatcher prepares assigned work, while Transport Supervisor retains independent review and reconciliation responsibility. Keep private credentials in the customer’s authorized setup process and restrict access to the intended records and actions.

Rehearse an unavailable incident file, a score with an unclear definition and an external action whose result is uncertain. Retain the source reference and read the existing evidence before deciding on follow-up. Local cancellation does not automatically reverse an externally controlled effect. Use closure and reconciliation to agree that operating response.
