Create your account

Click Get started to create the workspace, then use Proto to configure E-library / Digital Repository around the collection your team will run first. Name the project administrator, the operators who prepare content and the reviewers who will decide submitted revisions. Give the analyst a read-only role where summary access is needed.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one organization and project. Bring its code, operating dates and policy reference, along with sample source identifiers, supporting files and requirement criteria. Prepare a complete item, an item with a missing file and one that may need correction after delivery. Agree the receiving repository’s reference and receipt format before rehearsing the handoff.

Review before release

Have an operator create and submit an item, then ask a separate reviewer to return and approve representative revisions. Inspect the decision’s source revision, requirement outcomes, file verifier and state history. Follow an approved item into its delivery reference and execution receipt. Finally, test a successor revision and an uncertain result so the team knows how to investigate them.

See the implementation approach and review permissions.
