Create your account

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure E-procurement Portal for your business. Add the buying organization and the people who will prepare, review and audit the first request.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a request that needs a supplier and a documented decision. Enter its owner, amount, required date, budget code and lines. Add the supplier under the correct organization. If the team seeks offers, record tender submissions under the request and agree who evaluates them.

Review before release

Ask the reviewer to inspect the current revision and supporting attachments. Run the award only for an approved tender, then check its operation receipt. Record the order reference and accepted quantities. Use the implementation plan to rehearse a failed operation and verify who resolves it.

Set up E-procurement Portal your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
