Who it's for

Procurement teams

A procurement team can use packets for supplier forms and signed commercial documents. The organization and template identify which signing instructions apply. The reviewer records the decision on the prepared revision, while the packet owner handles the send and the operations team reconciles signer activity. The team should agree which system supplies the document and which signing provider supplies the authenticated event. Record their references so a later question can be answered from the packet and its linked records.

How E-signature Platform is set up for you

Supplier form

Give each packet a stable number and owner for follow-up.

Signature order

Check the signer identity and order before sending.

Exception

Assign a due-dated action when a provider result needs investigation.

A useful review starts with a real packet. Check its template, prepared revision and named reviewer before reading a completed status. The signer event should identify the same document hash and envelope. If a provider response is uncertain, keep the attempt available for reconciliation and assign the next action. The earlier result remains part of the packet history.

Start with one supplier document type and one template. Rehearse the handoff from prepared packet to review decision and sent envelope. Include an unknown execution attempt so the team can investigate the original provider reference before any retry. Agree how the team will record a reason when work is returned and how a corrected revision is reviewed. Keep the pilot narrow enough that an owner can reconcile every event and decision by hand.
