How a EdTech Content Platform rollout works

Set up a course, content cycle, independent review and delivery trace.

  1. Agree ownership

Name the catalog administrator, content operators, independent reviewers and analyst audience. Set organization scope.

  2. Prepare source data

Load organizations, people and course definitions, then check the codes and effective periods.

  3. Rehearse preparation

Create a lesson with interaction observations and an evidence document. Assign an owner and submit a revision.

  4. Rehearse review

Have a different person return or approve that revision and record a reason. Correct the returned case with a follow-up action.

  5. Rehearse delivery

Connect the selected destination, inspect the returned reference and investigate one failed or uncertain attempt.

What the customer provides

Bring the course list, organization ownership, people and role assignments, example learning items, interaction samples and review documents. Name the delivery system and provide a sample receipt or reference. Agree what completion percentage means for the first course and who resolves duplicate or rejected source events.

Changing it afterwards

When a course definition or source feed changes, review the mapping and affected content before submitting another revision. Keep the earlier review decision and delivery trace visible. Review the data model, roles and pricing when expanding scope.
